Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients in the health and pharma sectors, book meetings, and help us grow our client’s business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, loves talking to people, and wants to make an impact in the health industry.

What You'll Do. You will…

  • Set up meetings with qualified prospects.

  • Find and contact leads to get them interested in our client

  • Make calls every day to qualify leads. You'll confirm that they are in the health or pharma field and have the right budget.

  • Track your progress and report on your daily and weekly goals.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads by setting appointments for the closing team.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and our services to effectively communicate with prospects.



Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you…

  • Have at least 2 years experience in Appointment Setting or business development calls

  • Have experience with health products, medical markets, B2B sales, or appointment setting.

  • Have understanding of the health and pharma industry.

  • Have experience using CRM software to manage leads and track activities.

  • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Include the word “Appointment Setter Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.

  • Are comfortable speaking on video calls.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).

  • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

  • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
