Contract Recruiting Coordinator

This is a 3-month contract opportunity to play a key role in supporting SpyCloud’s ambitious growth trajectory for 2025. There is a strong possibility of being extended beyond 3 months.

Austin TX (hybrid 1-2 days a week)

SpyCloud is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis to join our fast growing recruiting team. This role reports to our Manager of Recruiting, you will be the operational and administrative guru for the SpyCloud Recruiting team. You are a consummate multitasker who knows how important it is to be organized and flexible at the same time.  You  love to organize processes and events while you work with some of the smartest candidates in the job market.  As the connector between the SpyCloud Candidate and SpyCloud Employee experience, you are also a key member of the HR team.

We strive to help businesses of all sizes mitigate data breaches by proactively alerting when employee or company assets have been compromised.  We accomplish this through our early-warning breach detection service powered by a world-class team of intelligence analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule in-person and virtual interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers 
  • Own integrity and accuracy of data in Greenhouse for candidates and soon-to-be new hires. 
  •  Keep job postings current in Greenhouse and on third-party sites.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings, ensuring everyone has all  debrief materials.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to provide the best candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with other recruiting activities as needed such as reviewing resumes, sourcing, and being the champion for the SpyCloud Employee Referral program.
  • Partner with the HR Ops team to make new hire onboarding a delightful and seamless experience and delivering other fun, memorable employee events.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, admin or HR experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, G Suite and Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent Calendar management tools.
  • Able to enjoy multitasking, you are able prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice with grace.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
  • React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail.
