Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts in Costa Rica. You will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition, and lead a team of TA Partners and ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs.

You will:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Lead a team of TA Partners who will manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs
  • As a member of the HR leadership team in Costa Rica, you will partner with HR, compensation, and talent management
  • Use different recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies
  • Provide guidance to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Encourage learning and development within the team
  • Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated talent acquisition and leadership experience
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment software
  • Experience communicating at all levels of management, and partnering extremely well with others
  • Experience working on multiple projects and tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
