Job description

We are looking to hire enthusiastic, aspirational interns on the team who would like to help in recruiting engineers, and consultants for 90 days. After the successful internship, we are open to offering a full-time employment opportunity with Mactores. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll act as a mediator between businesses and potential employees.

What you will do?
  • Conduct screening round and follow up till the date of joining.
  • Understand how to filter and scan resumes, use the system to log profiles, and collect interview feedback.
  • Set up calendar invites for 3 Rounds of interviews with the hiring panel. 
  • Assist in document verification, background check process with the team
  • Create and release offer letters to newly appointed members. 
  • Ensure joining formalities and induction is done as per training.

  • What you will need?
  • Pursuing / passed graduation or MBA program in HR Management
  • Ability to communicate transparently on uncomfortable and difficult topics 
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in stressful situations
  • Working knowledge of social media

  • You are preffered if you
  • Prior recruitment experience (intern or full time) 
  • Entrepreneurial approach to a problem statement
  • Understanding of human psychology 
  • Demonstrate growth mindset during the interactions

    The Path to Joining the Mactores Team
    At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:

    Pre-Employment Assessment: 
    You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

    Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.

    HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
