As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, you will identify and recruit high-performing talents, support their onboarding and growth within the organization, and ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborating with the HR Director and HR Business Partners, you'll leverage recruitment best practices, manage agency/vendor relationships, and lead Talent Acquisition programs. You'll also execute our Talent Acquisition and Development strategy, advise on employment guidelines and recruitment processes, strengthen our Employer Branding, and develop training programs to support talent development and individual growth in Red Bull Japan. Job Description

Recruitment

Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses. This may include (but is not limited to) writing and posting job ads, briefing meetings with hiring managers, arranging interviews, interviewing candidates, providing feedback to agencies or candidates, and making job offers.

Review, assess, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.

Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including background checks, new starter packs, onboarding plans/surveys, inductions, etc.).

Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics.

Develop attraction strategies that align with Red Bull’s EVP and people needs.

Ensure functional expertise within TA, cultivating pipelines both internally and externally and leveraging insights and talent trends.

Ensure recruitment systems and databases are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

Support internal career moves and talent growth working with HR Business Partners.

Manage administrative tasks, including invoice handling for the recruiting process.

Internal & External Partnerships

Empower hiring managers and guide them in making the right hiring decisions.

Partner closely with the global talent team and stay abreast of internal tools and processes.

Manage our relationships with external recruitment agencies and any other external TA partnerships.

Ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers throughout the recruitment process (ensuring on-time information for all key stakeholders).

Training and Development

Support to assess employees’ training needs, and develop, customize and deliver/implement global and local training initiatives and tools to people managers and employees.

Manage training and employees’ training record in a internal system.

Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the delivery of training programs in an efficient and effective manner as well as the maintenance of the individual training records in My Wings (Training Management System).

Process, Tools, Programs and Administration

Use data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions.

Educate hiring managers on internal tools such as SmartRecruiters (global ATS), Wingfinder (personality assessment tool).

Provide business, system and TA process training as needed.

Responsible for supporting TA projects (where relevant).

Ensure all local and global legal requirements are met regarding TA (including data privacy).

Champion ‘Red Bull Wingfinder’ as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience as a HR professional including 5+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) ideally in multinational FMCG, beverage/food, distribution industries.

Direct sourcing experience including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.

Japanese (native) and English (business level in written and spoken) required.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and prioritize effectively and focus on multiple tasks and requests.

Ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.

A people person who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach with growth mindset.
