Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
• Contract: Independent Contractor
• Permanent work from home
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
• HMO Coverage for eligible locations
• Strong commissions and incentives

Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out and establish relationships with new lending partners in Australia through cold calling, identifying potential partners, initiating contact, and negotiating partnership agreements
• Source leads and engage in broker partnerships to expand the company's network
• Oversee and maintain relationships with our existing network of partners, with the goal of expanding to a larger network
• Facilitate the setup of referral agreements and assist in potential system integrations (this role requires a non-technical approach but demands an understanding of the basic technical aspects of system integration)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing all aspects of communication, including regular updates, resolving issues, and booking video meetings with brokers
• Engage in mortgage broking activities as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, business development, mortgage broking, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong personality for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
• Ability to source leads and engage in broker partnerships
• Willingness and ability to work according to Sydney time zone
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
