Position: Senior Partnerships Manager

In the midst of exciting growth, we seek a Senior Partnerships Manager to steer and energize this phase. The role involves managing relationships with Payment Gateway and Alternative Payment Method providers. The incumbent will be pivotal in fostering partnerships that contribute to the company's merchant acquisition and product diversification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee existing Gateway & APM partnerships, aiding internal teams and merchants, and encouraging partners to generate new merchant referrals.
  • Identify and advance new partnership prospects that align with our strategic goals and target customer profile.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our service offerings and their market positioning, while staying attuned to the evolving fintech landscape.
  • Engage actively with partner sales teams, ensuring readiness for partner-related sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Technology teams to refine partnership communication, influence product development, and secure senior leadership support for partnership endeavors.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years in strategic partnerships or client engagement in fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
  • Background in the payments industry, preferably in gateway/acquiring services, with a keen interest in payment solutions and an understanding of various payment methods.
  • Proven experience in working with sales and commercial teams, including negotiating complex payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and manage long-term projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
