Responsibilities:

• Review and approve payment requests from various departments and vendors
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
• Ensure all payment requests align with company budgets and financial policies
• Conduct thorough checks to prevent fraudulent or erroneous payments
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information when needed
• Maintain detailed records of all approved and rejected payment requests
• Prepare regular reports on payment activities, including summaries of approved payments and reasons for rejections
• Assist in developing and improving payment approval processes and policies
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve payment-related issues
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes as they relate to accounts payable
• Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance in all payment activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable or payment processing
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical work
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of internal controls and audit processes
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required
