Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, design, computer science, engineering, analytical/numerical subject or equivalent experience.
Effective Communication: Fluent in English.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions to clients.
3-5 years experience supporting products as a business or data analyst with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to introduction.
Experienced with agile and scrum methodologies and ways of working and waterfall methodology. CSM Certification preferred.
Experienced with data modelling, data cleansing, handling schemas and identification of relevant data attributes.
Experienced with predictive modelling, statistics, and heavy focus on segmentation techniques.
Knowledge in Data Science or Data Analytics teams/projects.
Experience in working with external-facing products.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define and drive product strategy and roadmap.
Adept in handling business changes and managing client expectations.
Provide comprehensive document of changes, coordinate user testing, user training.
Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasks.
Able to liaise with other teams to resolve cross functional issues.
Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Possess strong storytelling and communications skills through Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, or equivalent.
Google cloud and native analytics tools knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in building data products and services.
Experience with SQL, Python, or any analytical tools necessary to work with large amounts of data.
Knowledge and prior hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
