Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry. 
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, property types, and client personas.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation software, and social media platforms. 
  • Excellent communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation strategies including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target demographics, and competition. 
  • Generate qualified leads by leveraging real estate databases, CRM tools, and online platforms.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to maximize conversion opportunities. 
  • Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation strategies including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media engagement. 
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target demographics, and competition. 
  • Generate qualified leads by leveraging real estate databases, CRM tools, and online platforms.

  • Conduct qualifying calls with the Clients.
