Job Description

As a Sales Director, you will prospect into named large, strategic targets, and demonstrating to them the power of behavior and device and network to solve their challenges and supercharge their digital business. We will provide resources to help you get into these accounts, but you will build an account plan for each target, implementing that plan, and closing the deal. After closing a deal, you are expected to collaborate with the Client Success Team to expand the business relationship. To build your pipeline, you will have a named account list that you will prospect into. To convert your named accounts, you will work with the Marketing, Solutions, Client Success, and other departments to get into the accounts, move them through the process, close and expand them.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the customer base
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to increase usage and adoption, upsell products, and expand to new lines-of-business
  • Understand your customers' businesses at a technical and operational level
  • Demonstrate value through a solutions sales approach to meet goals
  • Identify and secure executive sponsorship to solidify business relationships and opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial terms with contacts up to the C-level
  • Collaborate with multiple departments/teams

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the fraud and identity space
  • Experience navigating the complexities of large organizations, their processes, and numerous partners
  • Experience signing contracts with a committed revenue component
  • Experience selling software, SaaS or similar technology into large organizations
  • A rolodex of existing enterprise accounts that could benefit from NeuroID's solutions
  • Experience and success at building a net new pipeline
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
