Sales Agent (B2B Tech/SaaS)

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  
• Work with both cold and hot leads to maximize sales opportunities
  
• Conduct outreach and follow-up activities to nurture prospects
  
• Demonstrate and explain complex AI technologies to potential clients
  
• Close B2B sales for AI-powered business management solutions
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product updates and features
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales
  
• Strong understanding of AI technology and its business applications
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  
• Experience in closing high-value deals in the tech industry
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
  

Scope:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
  
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of leads
  
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the AI solutions market
  
• Performance-based bonuses or commissions
