Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing data-centric projects, including migrations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics tools (e.g., SOL, ETL processes, cloud data platforms).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for large, complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution within technical programs.
• Experience with Smartsheet
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Project Manager to lead and manage large scale data-focused projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics, with a proven track record of managing data migrations and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while supporting the overall data strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project manage the end-to-end management of data projects, including data migration, integration, and governance initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, etc.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, while monitoring risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategies.
• Communicate and coordinate with Program Management Office and Transformation responsible parties
• Review compliance with industry standards and best data governance and security practices.
Qualifications:
