Country Manager/Representative
Location: Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Panama
Experience:5 - 8 Years


Job Overview:*
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Country Manager to establish and manage our new office in foreign countries, focusing on the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 
Representative office registration.
Representative office setup.
Registration and registration of Pharmaceutical product.
Organizing Plant Audit.
 Recruitment of local staffs.
Legal compliance to ensure smooth operations and growth in the region.
Finding clients for sales from India.
Organizing Visa support for self and for other staffs from India through Rep. office.
Local company registration

Responsibilities:
Representative office registration :- finding Agent for Representative office registration, for Opening bank account and other legal requirement 
Office Setup: - Establish a new office, including site selection, lease negotiation, setup of infrastructure, and coordination of office logistics.
Registration and registration of Pharmaceutical product: - Helping in product selection, coordinating with local pharmaceutical product registration department, Understanding of Dossier of product. Submission of registration documents, payment of registration fees, Reply of queries, finally getting Registrations
Organizing Plant Audit: - Coordination with Indian Dra team and with local plant Audit department. Submission of Application, coordination with Plant Auditors. 
Recruitment: - Lead the recruitment process for local staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance: - Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws regarding office registration, employment, contracts, and other legal requirements.
Operational Management: - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office administration.
Financial Oversight: - Assist in budget planning and management related to office operations and recruitment activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align office operations with organizational goals and objectives.
Proven experience in Product registration, Client management, preferably in setting up new offices or branches in Identified countries.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or related domains is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and business practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Proactive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours as needed.
