Your Role
As a Java Engineer, you’ll be integral to developing and maintaining innovative solutions that enhance our services. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of redefining financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure organizational and form-level properties to meet specific application goals.
Develop unit and integration tests using standard Java frameworks to ensure code quality.
Debug applications leveraging log files and IDE debugging tools (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ).
Architect services for reusability and low maintenance.
Create and modify JSON/XML data files using Java objects.
Collaborate with developers to identify application integration points.
Deploy and configure Avoka Exchange components in production environments.
Enhance project documentation by writing and interpreting JavaDocs.
About You
Required Experience & Skills:
Proficient in Object-Oriented analysis, development, and design using Java and/or Groovy.
Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ for efficient coding.
Proven experience with continuous integration within development lifecycles.
Strong expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience building services for the Java platform.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Competence in server-side debugging and optimization techniques.
Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS for seamless collaboration with front-end teams.
