🤝🏼Our commitment to being a force for good.

We have a vision: To give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. Our vision is ambitious, for that we need driven talent! And this is where your ride starts…

YOUR MISSION

You will have your own initiatives within the Consumer Discounts team and be responsible for our growth KPIs, like incremental users, orders and profit. Leveraging your expertise in product management, data analysis, partner and user behavior, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our user and partner needs with regards to discount strategies, in-app discovery, engagement and conversions. This role requires a highly empathetic and collaborative product manager with substantial experience in product management and a proven track record of delivering valuable user and / or partner facing solutions through incremental and rapid iterations.

THE JOURNEY
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap planning, and execution for consumer discount iniatives.
  • Own planning and end-to-end execution of features and initiatives for consumer discount experiences.
  • Build investment cases for your product in collaboration with product leadership
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, and monitor ongoing product performance, taking action where necessary to improve performance
  • Lead large, cross-functional efforts with commercial, analytics, data science, and other teams to further the impact of the discount consumer experiences.
  • Drive projects that enable the team to make data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide product management support on company-level product and tooling priorities.
  • Facilitate requests from a variety of stakeholders and objectively prioritize work across interests and business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • You have a passion for the world of growth and engagement and find excitement in this landscape.
  • You have a proven track record of making an impact through experimentation.
  • You’ve shipped world-class products at a fast growing company
  • You're comfortable working within a deeply collaborative, highly technical team that spans across engineering, design, data, user research, and marketing.
  • You’re passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results
  • You have an analytical mindset. You approach problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective and are always looking for data to help make decisions, but you know how to balance quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • You have excellent communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical), drive vision, and clearly explain user value and business impact.
  • You are disciplined when it comes to organization and project management, with acute attention to detail, the ability to ask tough questions and say no when needed.

Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:
