Overview
The XM Cloud Sitecore position is pivotal in creating optimal user experiences through innovative digital solutions. As a Sitecore professional, you will play an essential role in the deployment and management of Sitecore XM Cloud, tailoring the platform to meet specific business needs and enhancing customer engagement. This position requires a strong technical background along with expertise in cloud technologies, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and deliver high-quality solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s ability to connect with users, streamline processes, and ultimately boost revenue. By leveraging Sitecore's powerful capabilities, you will ensure that our digital products are not only functional but also user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage Sitecore XM Cloud solutions in alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop custom Sitecore components and templates to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive interfaces.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend Sitecore functionalities.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Sitecore environments.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and assessment of project deliverables.
  • Assist in the migration of existing solutions to Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct thorough QA testing on deployments.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Sitecore installations.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on Sitecore technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and industry best practices.
  • Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprints and retrospectives.
  • Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital content strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sitecore development.
  • Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud architectures and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio and Git.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Certifications in Sitecore or related technologies are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
