We are hiring an Game Growth BD Manager to help us scout the world for new studio deals and expand our portfolio of successful partners.

What We Expect


You will:

  • Take initiative: Proactively reach out to potential clients in the mobile gaming industry, positioning our growth program (monetization solution and accelerator report) as key drivers of their game’s growth.
  • Strategize for Success: Develop and execute innovative outbound sales strategies, leveraging your expertise to generate high-quality leads and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Drive Impact: Identify and understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our offerings that are indispensable to their success.
  • Represent Yodo1: You will attend industry events and conferences, and you will use your networking skills to forge relationships and generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Deliver Results: Consistently track and report on sales activities in our CRM (Hubspot), providing insights that contribute to the overall growth strategy of the growth team while meeting and exceeding your sales targets.
  • Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.


Must have:

  • Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in outbound sales (cold messaging and calling) of SaaS or tech-related solutions, with a strong track record of converting leads into paying clients and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience with adtech solutions is preferred.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and Grit: Persistent and positive can-do attitude, with the ability to push through challenges and maintain focus despite setbacks.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong experience with Hubspot or similar solutions (SalesForce, Pipedrive, etc.) is preferred.
  • Problem Solver: You have the ability to take a step back, analyze situations and solve problems effectively in a timely fashion.
  • Clear Communicator: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear, persuasive, and impactful messaging.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.


Bonus points:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in mobile gaming or apps, bringing valuable industry insights and a pre-existing network to the table. Bonus points if current digital marketing and gaming trends are fresh in your mind.
  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and sales intelligence tools like Apollo.io and RocketReach, using these tools to drive sales success.
  • Creative Mindset: Data-oriented with a creative approach to improving existing sales strategies, and optimizing results.
  • Startup Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Multilingual Capabilities: Additional language skills beyond English and Russian, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse, global client base
