Key Responsibilities:.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates.
Screen Resumes And Conduct Interviews To Evaluate Candidate Qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Utilize various platforms and tools for talent acquisition, including social media and job boards.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in BPO industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
