Position Summary:

The Data Coordinator is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and organizing data from various first and third-party sources to support dealership objectives. This role includes pulling budget figures, entering data into spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity, and summarizing findings in a clear and actionable format. The Data Coordinator will also perform administrative tasks related to data management, assist in pulling CRM records, and ensure data is consistently up-to-date and accurate.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Pull and compile data from third-party sources, CRM systems, and budget records.
  • Organize data into structured, easy-to-read spreadsheets for efficient access.
  • Ensure data accuracy through diligent entry and verification processes.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to data management.
  • Analyze and summarize data to provide insights and actionable conclusions.
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and data summaries for business leaders.
  • Create and format marketing decks for ad-hoc proposals and projects.
  • Generate Lead Source Comparison reports to track and assess lead performance.
  • Track monthly third-party fees and ensure accurate billing records.
  • Update the pacing sheet multiple times per week to monitor performance and goal tracking.
  • Produce annual lead reports as requested to support long-term strategy and planning.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to provide insights into industry trends and market positioning.
  • Interacts with clients, multiple departments, and team members.

Position Requirements:

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and summaries.
  • Ability in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations and visual storytelling.
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach and a willingness to tackle routine or repetitive tasks as part of the role.
