This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Communication & CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to potential client inquiries via texts and emails, providing them with detailed information about our services, and guiding them on how we can meet their needs. Additionally, this role involves managing our CRM by inputting data for incoming leads and clients, ensuring all information is up-to-date, and conducting a weekly review to monitor the progress of pending leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to potential client texts and emails, providing accurate and helpful information about our services.
  • Engage with potential clients to address their needs and offer solutions.
  • Enter detailed information about leads and new clients into our CRM system.
  • Ensure all incoming leads are properly categorized and updated within the CRM.
  • Monitor the status of pending potential clients and follow up as necessary to ensure they are being properly managed.
  • Generate a comprehensive weekly report on the status of all pending leads, highlighting any that require attention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and communications.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and data entry.
  • Proficiency in managing and organizing client information and tracking communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
