Role Overview

The Corporate Services Senior Executive will play a key role in overseeing a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service delivery to clients and intermediaries. This role reports directly to the Corporate Services Senior Manager, with responsibilities spanning client management, team leadership, and internal process optimisation. The Senior Executive will also contribute to business development and drive various internal projects to enhance the department's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Team Management: Oversee the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring professional services are provided to clients and intermediaries at all times.
  • Billing and Fee Collection: Ensure timely billing, fee collection, and effective management of debtors.
  • Business Development: Develop, enhance, and retain relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other key stakeholders.
  • Internal Projects: Drive key internal projects, remaining up-to-date on legal developments impacting the department.
  • Team Mentorship: Foster a collaborative culture within the department, providing mentorship and induction training to team members.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure team members adhere to all internal policies and procedures, reviewing and improving them as necessary.
  • Complex Client Structures: Oversee the administration and review of complex client structures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Strategy Implementation: Assist the Senior Manager in the implementation of strategy and business development initiatives for the department.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate services role, with a strong background in the financial or professional services sectors.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required for this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements within corporate services.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrates a high level of motivation, taking initiative to drive results.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding efficient and innovative solutions.
