🌍 Location: Remote 

đź’° Salary: 35,000 PHP to 45,000 PHP 

⏰ Working Rhythm: 9:30 AM to 8 PM UK, potential split shifts, weekend availability required (rota schedule)  

đź“ť Contract Type: Full-time Contractor Agreement 

🤝 Reporting To: Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities 🎯 

The Constants đź”’:  

  • Spend 80% of your day connecting with potential learners through calls, emails, and chats, focusing on value-based conversations tailored to each lead’s needs.  
  • Help learners navigate the application process and make informed decisions, building trust to keep Nexford top of mind when they're ready to start.  
  • Provide ongoing support to potential learners, fostering long-term relationships and helping to meet enrollment targets.  
  • Participate in training sessions, performance reviews, and team-building activities to track KPIs and continuously improve your performance.  

 

The Variables 🔄:  

  • Work with other teams to integrate initiatives into Nexford's educational ecosystem.  
  • Use data-driven insights to assess sales performance and make strategic improvements to the enrollment process.  
  • Report on lead behavior and engagement trends to help refine processes and guide marketing content.  

 

Additional Responsibilities✏️: 

  • Track and respond to inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely engagement within set SLAs.  
  • Regularly update FAQs and resources based on inbound questions.  
  • Review sales interactions (calls, emails, and chats) for quality, providing actionable feedback and participating in calibration sessions to improve team effectiveness.  
  • Help improve sales materials, including call scripts and knowledge bases, to maximize team productivity.

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with the discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities without heavy oversight. 
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities to interpret data and guide informed conversations. 
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening; you’ll need to adapt your approach to each learner, guiding them to the right program based on their unique career goals and motivations. 
  • High learnability and adaptability, with the ability to quickly master Nexford’s program offerings and offer meaningful insights on areas for improvement. 
  • Strong self-discipline and professionalism, able to thrive in a role that requires resilience, flexibility, and the ability to handle complex learner queries with minimal supervision.
