Job Description: Executive Assistant


Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern (1-hour unpaid break)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support two business partners with a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role involves coordinating communications, managing data, sourcing leads, drafting written materials, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communication Coordination:

    • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Ensure smooth and timely communication across various parties.
  • Lead Sourcing:

    • Conduct generic lead generation research.
    • Organize and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
  • Copywriting & Document Drafting:

    • Draft and edit text for emails, documents, and other communication needs.
  • Data Input & Organization:

    • Perform generic data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Organize data into spreadsheets or CRM systems as needed.
  • Vendor Liaison:

    • Contact vendors to track down receipts, book reservations, or follow up on other administrative requests.
    • Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive problem solver with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Familiarity with lead sourcing or research tools is a plus.
