We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us develop high-quality static and video assets for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong understanding of graphic design principles, video editing techniques, and the ability to work independently. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and can adapt to changing design requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Static Asset Creation
  • Design and produce static images, infographics, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate on social media graphics, website banners, blog post visuals, and email templates.
• Video Asset Creation
  • Edit short-form video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • To enhance visual appeal, create engaging video assets, including title screens, animations, and transitions.
  • Optimize video content for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring format and quality consistency.
• Content Organization
  • Manage digital assets in an organized system, ensuring easy access for the team.
  • As needed, assist in sourcing images, stock footage, and other media resources.
• Collaboration & Feedback
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
