Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re partnering with a groundbreaking company dedicated to redefining the creative storytelling process. Their innovative platform empowers creators to collaboratively craft and visualize stories in real time, enabling immersive, spatial narratives that revolutionize how stories are conceived, developed, and shared.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage exceptional user experiences for unique interfaces, focusing on efficient design and seamless implementation. Working within the platform team, you’ll help build, componentize, and maintain user interfaces to ensure a smooth transition from concept to code.

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces in Figma, focusing on consistency and component management.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive UI component library.

- Implement designs using Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.

- Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs.

- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends.

Requirements

Must-have:

- 3+ years in UI/UX design and frontend development.

- Proficiency in Figma, Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.

- Strong portfolio with exceptional UI/UX skills.

- Solid understanding of responsive design, version control (Git), and collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with SaaS platforms, 3D design principles, animation, and UX research.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and data-driven design.
