Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 5 years' experience or Associate degree and 7 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 9 years' experience, U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance, Experience with IT infrastructure and Windows servers, Knowledge of Microsoft administration tools, Strong understanding of change, release, and configuration management.
Key responsabilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2016-2019)
- Participate in incident management and maintain backups for Windows servers
- Document activities, system changes, and define server requirements
- Manage installation and integration of system fixes and updates
- Provide technical expertise and communicate with management and customers regarding Windows servers
