We are currently seeking a Principal of Travel Experiences who will be responsible for managing and fulfilling complex travel requests for our elite clientele, with significant potential for career growth in our innovative and dynamic company. This role offers the exciting opportunity to leverage a global network to deliver extraordinary travel experiences, making it ideal for someone passionate about luxury travel and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and fulfill unique and complex travel requests for UHNWIs
  • Leverage insider access to off-market, globally sought-after travel experiences
  • Strategically manage and execute travel requests using a global network of contacts
  • Transform client problems or questions into strategic briefs
  • Secure high-value sales ranging from $200,000 to $1 million
  • Provide consultative advice and solutions to clients
  • Deliver exceptional service and results that exceed client expectations

Qualifications

  • Founder, owner or Managing Partner of your own travel agency
  • Managed other employees
  • Proven experience in managing travel requests for UHNWIs or similar clientele
  • Extensive network of global contacts and providers in the travel industry
  • Exceptional sales and storytelling skills
  • Ability to transform client needs into strategic briefs
  • Demonstrated success in securing high-value sales ($200,000 to $1 million)
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to offer expert advice and solutions
  • High degree of independence, resourcefulness, and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
