Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am to 6:00pm Florida Time

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving the quality of data across policies and accounts within Salesforce and carrier systems.


Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve data quality issues across policies and customer accounts.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency on internal and external records.
Correct data to ensure carriers and internal systems align while processing customer policies and accounts records.
Document findings, track individual and team errors, and present quality assurance results to leaders.
Identify patterns of recurring issues and work with leaders and training to develop action plans to result in a decrease in data quality issues.
Collaborate on developing training materials and quality standards to ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations.
Stay current with changes in systems and processes to ensure that data integrity meets a high standard.
Other job-related functions as assigned.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business, Insurance or a related field preferred; or any equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, training, and skills.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a call center environment and 2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:
Familiarity with call center monitoring tools and quality evaluation systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and call center software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess large volumes of information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
