Role: Sales Development Representative

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Philippines-CS Everywhere

Schedule: Morning shift


Job Description:

  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, targeting potential clients within the financial markets across the APAC region (with a focus on HK, Singapore, and Korea).
  • Engage with leads and prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify and assess the needs, pain points, and goals of potential clients to determine their fit with Cloudstaff's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the APAC sales team, providing them with qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, activities, and progress in the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to cloud services.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Cloudstaff and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and materials to support lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the sales management team, including lead qualification metrics, progress, and recommendations for improvement.


Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, providing comprehensive recruitment solutions and HR support.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets to grow the client portfolio and contribute to revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial markets, understanding their specific recruitment needs.


Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role within an agency environment, demonstrating P&L responsibility and a proven track record in revenue generation.
  • Solid understanding of the APAC market, specifically within the financial markets sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations (familiarity with specific APAC regulations is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Teams), HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to build rapport, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
  • Sales-oriented, goal-driven, and passionate about achieving results.
