YOUR MISSION
As a Sales Acquisition & Performance Lead at Glovo, you will play a central role in ensuring our sales team operates at peak performance. You will be responsible for refining our sales processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to boost sales effectiveness globally. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for data analysis, process improvement, and working within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
THE JOURNEY
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Design, implement, and manage scalable processes to drive efficiency and streamline sales operations. Identify bottlenecks, improve lead management, and enhance forecasting accuracy to support Glovo’s growth.
- Sales Forecasting & Performance Management: Collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting, target-setting, and performance tracking. Develop and implement tracking methodologies to ensure goals align with company objectives.
- Incentives & Compensation Planning: Collaborate with other departments on incentive design, territory allocation, and compensation planning, ensuring structures drive high performance and align with Glovo’s business priorities.
Sales Training & Enablement: Partner with enablement teams to coordinate onboarding and continuous training for the sales team. Ensure they have access to tools, resources, and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue projections to all our markets. Support data-driven decision-making for Glovo’s both local and central leadership team.
Project Management: Lead and support strategic sales operations projects across Glovo’s markets worldwide. This includes identifying opportunities for sales operational improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and deliverables to drive global growth initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other HQ and local teams to align on initiatives, drive process improvements, and support Glovo’s growth strategy. Act as the bridge between sales and other departments to support mutual objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4+ years in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a fast-paced tech or on-demand environment.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis, financial modeling, and performance forecasting. Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). SQL and other statistical programming (Python/R) preferred.
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
