Position Summary

As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and constantly enhancing our products and services, we are looking to add a detail-oriented and organised individual to our Client Operations team to help ensure the quality and consistency of our procedures. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by managing daily operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries and requests timely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases (Hubspot / Jira)
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Assist the Client Management team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed; 
  • Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes as you work with the various functions both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment and to deliver multiple projects to deadline;
  • Strong ability to establish and carry out policies
  • You are expected to actively validate your own work, maintaining the highest level of quality in everything that you do;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people, understand their needs and goals, identify creative solutions, and manage action items through to completion;
  • Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English;
  • Familiarity with handling cryptocurrency transactions is preferred
  • Willingness to adjust to a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts and support team needs.
