Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
Up to 2,250 USD
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with strong organizational abilities to manage job fulfillment, focusing on efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in coordination and a proactive approach to problem-solving within an operational support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule repair teams, ensuring efficient dispatch.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure readiness and resource availability.
  • Monitor job costing, material usage, and manage invoicing.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing coordination role, ideally in roofing or construction.
  • Proficient in English; Spanish-speaking preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zoho, WhatsApp, Slack, and billing software like Square.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
