What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an onboarding specialist to join our Ops teams. Where they will be responsible for the onboarding process with our clients and making sure the whole process is smooth from start to finish.

What will you be doing ?

  • Collecting employment details from employees(members)
  • Making sure the contract signing process is seamless
  • Verifying employee details on the ops platform
  • Making sure every employee(member) is payroll active within certain SLAs
  • Engaging with member to get the insurance activated
  • Working on assigned tickets and closing in minimum possible time
  • Working on offboarding cases, verifying details and ensuring closure

What are we looking for?

  • An excellent communicator with 0-2yrs of experience in customer onboarding
  • Someone who is highly organised and great with time management
  • A self starter who takes a hands on approach in solving queries and fixing issues
  • Some who is adaptable in a changing work environment
  • Working knowledge of metabase and zendesk
  • Experience working in the HR Ecosystem, ideally in a saas based company
  • Experience in a similar role
