You are ready, if you have…

  • fluent knowledge of Slovak and English languages

  • previous experience in customer services or customer care teams

  • excellent communication skills

  • fast technical comprehension

  • a high level of organizational skills, pro-activity and reliability

  • very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)

  • become an expert in the logistics and transportation area

  • coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints

  • provide training for key users and ensure continuous support for them in Slovak and English language

  • establish and maintain customer relations
