We’re on the lookout for a Shopify Dropshipping Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

We need additional hands on deck to help us with a variety of tasks related to Shopify dropshipping. Your tasks may vary from time to time but it is all on the admin - related functions since we have our own Import Team, Customer Service Team, and Fulfillment Team. You will mainly help different teams and collaborate with other team members on various tasks.

  • Input and organize data related to orders, product details, and supplier information
  • Work closely with the Import Team, Customer Service Team, Fulfillment Team, and Marketing Team to streamline operations and address any administrative needs or challenges
  • Monitor and Report: Track and report on key performance metrics and operational issues

You will be directly reporting to an assigned Manager in our company - it may be in the Marketing Team or even directly under our Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer. You will be working alongside team members from all over the world.

  • You have at least 1 year experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in dropshipping business model
  • You have worked in the similar role before

Overview of Our Interview Process

  1. Invitation to Test Gorilla Assessment - If you pass the resume screening, you will be invited to take a 20 - minute written examination to help us assess your fitness to the role and our team. Please note that passing this stage is crucial to move forward to the hiring process.
  2. Initial interview - Our Recruiter will reach out to you to discuss the next steps.
  3. Culture fit interview - If you progress, you'll have a 15-minute conversation with our HR Manager to assess cultural fit.
  4. Final Interview - Meet with the Hiring Manager
  5. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
  6. Pre-Onboarding Process
    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  7. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
