We’re on the lookout for a Facebook Media Buyer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

We need a strategic thinker and doer who can effectively establish stable ad accounts, efficiently manage ad budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive high-converting campaigns.

Day in the Life of a Facebook Media Buyer at GT Ecom

  • Checking campaign performance from the previous day
  • Review key metrics like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPC (Cost Per Click), and
  • Tweak bids or reallocate budget based on the data
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and brainstorm new creative strategies - A/B testing ad copy, trying new targeting audiences, or implementing new ad creatives, and others
  • Keep an eye on campaigns using analytics tools to spot any anomalies or opportunities for adjustments in real time
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement, and discuss upcoming campaign strategies
  • Sett up new campaigns—choosing the right audiences, collaborate in designing creative assets, and refining targeting options to maximize reach and conversions
  • Analyze competitor ads, researching new trends, or reviewing audience behavior shifts to stay ahead of market changes

30, 60, 90 Day Success Milestones for this role

30-Day Milestone:
Within the first 30 days, you'll complete onboarding, gaining familiarity with company processes, tools like Facebook Ads Manager, and reporting systems. You’ll review existing campaigns to understand strategies and benchmarks, while making initial optimizations with guidance. Building relationships with the marketing and creative teams will also be key to ensuring smooth collaboration.

60-Day Milestones:
By 60 days, you'll take full ownership of the Facebook campaigns, handling daily optimizations and budget management. You'll begin running A/B tests to refine targeting and ad performance, while delivering detailed performance reports to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the  team to develop new ads based on data insights.

90-Day Milestones:
At 90 days, you'll be scaling successful campaigns, improving key metrics like ROAS and conversions. You’ll implement advanced strategies, such as funnel-based targeting, and suggest workflow improvements to enhance campaign efficiency. You’ll also contribute to the long-term strategy, aligning Facebook ad efforts with the company's growth objectives.

Your Team When You Join Us

You will be part of our Marketing Team (Bulk Store) who is responsible in optimizing our e-commerce stores and driving its sales. You will be reporting directly to Fem, our Marketing Manager (Bulk Store) and collaborating with our big Marketing team who are specialists in their own fields. 


We would love to hear from you if…

  • Have proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns in the e-commerce industry, ideally in the Fashion niche in the European market
  • Managed over $100K monthly ad spend in the last 6 months
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Specific tool, platform, software experience

    Salary:
    $10 to $20/hr.

    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  7. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
