キンドリルジャパンが契約しているお客様企業のIT問合せ窓口のチームリーダーとして問合せ・リクエストの受付を実施し、ナレッジデータベースの情報を元に解決までのサポート、または別窓口への案件転送を行います。

 必要とされる職業上および技術的な専門知識 :
・基本的PC操作
・ExcelなどMS Officeの基本+B25的スキル

望まれる職業上および技術的な専門知識 :
・PC、ネットワークに関する基礎知識
・Microsoft Officeの使用経験
・タイピングスキル
