The Role

Reporting into the Global Head of Executive Recruiting, as the Executive Recruiting lead for Japan, you will be responsible for all Executive level hiring within the Country, engaging with the leadership team to find the best in class Executive talent across the business.
You will be responsible for the E2E recruitment life-cycle and adoption of strong recruitment processes that provider a consistent and world-class Executive search experience to the customer.
You will have strong knowledge of Japanese market and come with previous experience of Executive Recruitment within a Technology environment.


Who You Are

7-10 years experience within an Executive Recruiting function either in-house or through an Executive Search organisation

Excellent gravitas and Executive communication skills

Structured approach, methodical and detail orientated

Ability to own on your own and comfortable in a remote role
