Overview

The SAP ABAP CRM Consultant with Workflow plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications within the SAP CRM environment. This position requires a deep understanding of the ABAP programming language and CRM functionalities, focusing on customization, enhancements, and workflow management. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimize processes and improve user experience. By enhancing system performance and automating workflows, this role contributes to increased efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM system, ensuring that the organization can respond quickly to customer needs. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ABAP programs within SAP CRM.
Implement workflow processes to streamline customer relationship tasks.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and create custom reports and interfaces in ABAP.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
Perform system enhancements and modifications as per client needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Proven experience in SAP CRM module.
Strong knowledge of workflow concepts in SAP.
Experience in debugging and error resolution in ABAP.
Familiarity with SQL and database management.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience preparing technical documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
