Job description

This is a remote position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team to manage our live and remote events. 

This is a highly collaborative position, working with the LT team and external resources. 



Requirements

Key skills we are looking for: 

·         College BS/BA degree or equivalent

·         Perfect spoken and written Spanish and English. Portuguese is an advantage.

·         Ability to obtain data with search tools


Qualifications and experience:  

·         Four years or more managing live and remote events

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

·         Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives

·         Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

·         Prepare budgets and ensure adherence

·         Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

·         Coordinate all operations

·         Lead promotional activities for the event

·         Supervise all staff (audience developers, etc.)

·         Approve all aspects before the day of the event

·         Ensure event is completed smoothly and steps up to prevent problems

·         Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

·         Coordinate and supervise LT participation in third party events
