Job description

We are seeking an Enterprise Health Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, specifically within SaaS or software companies, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving client success and retention, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and Maintain Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including decision-makers and senior executives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Health solutions.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights into account performance.

  • Play a leadership role in delivering a superior client experience at key interaction points.

Maintain High Retention Levels

  • Manage relationships to help ensure 98%+ client retention levels.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and net promoter scores (NPS).

  • Manage existing client contract renewals and compliance.

  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Deliver Client Growth/Expansion

  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts.

  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling new products and upselling additional services.

  • Present new products and services to clients, ensuring maximum value delivery.

  • Achieve a 110% net dollar retention (NDR) level across assigned accounts.

Collaborate Effectively with Other Disciplines

  • Work with sales, deployment, and support teams to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with the finance team on billing and collections.

Other Duties

  • Additional duties as assigned, with the possibility of changes as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3-5 years of enterprise-level account management experience with a SaaS or software company.

  • Experience working with large, complex organizations.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.

  • Proven success in cross-selling and upselling strategies.

  • Ability to travel periodically for client visits and conferences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership skills and experience functioning as part of a collaborative team.

  • Empathetic, self-aware, and capable of managing challenging client interactions.
