The Opportunity:
The Head of Commerce, TikTok Shop, will play a crucial role in leading the entire shop operation team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop Seller Center and related platforms. This role is focused on driving our online sales strategy and overseeing all aspects of our online store's performance. The Head of Commerce will collaborate closely with the VP of TikTok Operations to establish a strong foundation for clients looking to build successful TikTok Shop businesses. Additionally, this role will be responsible for increasing sales revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
The Head of Commerce should possess the ability to manage various aspects of TikTok Seller Center, including but not limited to product listings, merchandising setup, platform integrations, inventory and fulfillment, logistic tracking, and customer support. Effective communication, both internally and externally, is a key component of this role, as it involves direct interaction with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide professional shop operation services.
Successful candidates for this role will be self-starters, quick learners, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Center across multiple accounts.
- Ensure that all product listings are live and orders are successfully synced and fulfilled.
- Optimize operational efficiency and drive sales revenue.
- Provide immediate troubleshooting support on the ecommerce platform.
- Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid work environment.
- Manage partnerships with third-party technical service providers
Basic Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc.
- Good understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and social media platforms.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for learning new things.
