We’re hiring an IT Sales Specialist, where you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our technology product lines. Your role involves making cold calls to generate leads, conducting discovery meetings to understand client needs, and managing and nurturing client accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

Job location Remote: Anywhere in USA

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our technology solutions and generating interest.

- Lead discovery meetings to assess clients' business needs and determine how our solutions can address their challenges.

- Manage a portfolio of accounts, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring sustained engagement with our products.

- Achieve sales targets specific to our technology solutions, including Atlassian, Salesforce, and others as applicable.

- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and expectations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology landscape, competitor products, and industry trends.

- Ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.

- Provide feedback from clients to the product teams to help shape future development and enhancements.


 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally with a background in selling technology solutions such as Atlassian, Salesforce, software development projects, test automation products, or automated backup solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively make cold calls and conduct in-depth discovery sessions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate and persuade clients.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- A problem-solver with a client-oriented approach and excellent account management skills.
