About this role

As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for creating responsive, scalable, and high-performing websites, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals. You’ll collaborate with the design team to transform visually stunning mockups into fully functional Webflow sites. This is a contract-based position, with the opportunity to work on exciting projects for a technology-forward company.

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring web pages and features to life.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Optimize websites for speed and performance across all devices.
Conduct quality assurance and testing for new web features.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs promptly.

Must haves

Proven proficiency in Webflow, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of live projects.
Extensive experience in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience building responsive websites with a focus on cross-browser compatibility.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
Strong grasp of design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and the ability to translate design files into Webflow builds.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow websites.
Solid knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for project management.
A strong eye for detail and passion for user experience and design.

Bonus points for

Experience with Webflow CMS and creating custom animations and interactions.
Familiarity with additional web platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built solutions.
Hands-on experience working with eCommerce solutions within Webflow.
Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Demonstrated experience in defense or tech industries, or a strong interest in the field.
