We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team! This role will work closely with the VP Finance and COO to own, automate and optimize processes across the internal business operations of the company. These areas include financial and customer operations (billing/collections, procurement, contracting practices, payments) and general operations assistance (knowledge management, reporting).

To be successful in this role, you are a “do-er” , who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and jumping into wherever support is needed across a fast-growing organization.

As key member of a fast-growing team, this role brings a hands-on, “can-do” mindset to everything from the day-to-day details to large strategic projects. If you are a cross-functional generalist looking to break into a high-growth startup, this role could be for you.
