The Human Resources team at Tiger Inc. is looking for a professional to join our ranks, who will support US, Canada,

and UK employees.

Job duties:

● Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to:

o Onboarding and offboarding

o Performance management

o Learning & development

o Diversity, equity & inclusion

o Competency mapping and succession planning

o Compensation management & global mobility

o Employee engagement

o Administration and maintenance of payroll

o Compliance & employee benefits

● Partner with Human Resources team to enhance the organization’s human resources offerings by planning,

implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices

● Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

4-6 years of work experience in Human Resources

● Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent

combination of education and experience

● Must be willing to work in US Time Zones

● Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team

● Excellent presentation & creative skills for Org. communication

● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

● Able to effectively and accurately track and analyze data using Excel and google forms/docs, etc.

● Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms

● Project management skills
