About IQ AI:

IQ's ATP introduces agents that are sovereign blockchain entities, capable of true autonomy. Unlike previous models, ATP agents operate independently, owning assets, performing on-chain actions, and continuously enhancing their capabilities through tokenized ecosystems.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Development and Integrations Lead to spearhead our partnership and integration initiatives. This pivotal role will focus on onboarding partners to build AI Agents on our ATP and identifying strategic opportunities to amplify IQ AI's presence and impact in Korea and on the global stage. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of AI ecosystems, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Leadership
  • Drive the integration of new partners to develop and deploy AI Agents using the IQ Agent Tokenization Platform (ATP).
  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and the IQ AI technical/product teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and collaboration.
  • Business Development
  • Identify and secure meaningful partnerships that align with IQ AI’s mission and drive innovation.
  • Develop strategies to expand IQ AI's reach and enhance its competitive positioning in the AI space.

  • Collaboration with Ecosystem Teams
  • Work closely with the IQ ecosystem's BD team and product teams to align objectives and maximize outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • AI Narrative Development
  • Explore and execute innovative strategies to advance the AI narrative in Korea and globally.
  • Develop thought leadership content, campaigns, and initiatives to position IQ AI as a leader in the AI domain.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or integrations, preferably in the AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI Agent platforms, ecosystems, and their dapps.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Experience working in a global environment with a focus on markets like Korea is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a growth mindset.
