THE ROLE 

New Guards Group is currently looking for an HR Assistant for its HR department.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Handle the full recruitment process for all the different functions, including job postings, cv screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process
  • Support new hire onboarding, coordinating necessary documentation and integration activities.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee information in Workday, ensuring data compliance and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports and keep precise records in HR databases and Excel.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments on HR initiatives and team projects.

  • WHO YOU ARE
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
