This is a remote position.

Job Title: Customer Support

Schedule:   Monday to Friday,  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Houston, Texas time with 1-hour unpaid break

Timezone:  CST

Job Description


Role:   As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include filing claims, renewing policies, handling onboard calls, and providing accurate insurance quotes. You will also engage in calling to inform potential clients about our offerings and answer any queries they may have. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of insurance policies to ensure clients receive accurate and helpful information.


Requirements
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Policies: Understanding of various insurance products and services, including the claims process and policy renewals.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in filing claims, updating policies, and providing quotes.
  • Patience and Organizational Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
